Password resets
If you forget you username or password, click “Having trouble signing in?” on the login screen, where you will be prompted to enter the email address that was used to create the account.
If you are unable to retrieve the information that way, the registrar at the school can look up the username and or reset the password. You will then be prompted to change the password the next time you log in.
