The 2021-22 enacted state budget includes language requiring local education agencies, such as school districts, that receive funding from the Federal Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund allocated by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP-ESSER) to post on their website a plan by school year of how these funds will be spent.
The Tri-Valley Central School District is slated to receive a one-time federal coronavirus relief package through the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act.
This funding will be used toward sustaining safe operations of our schools while addressing academic, social, emotional and mental health needs of students resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
As required by state education law, the district maintains an ARP-ESSER Plan and must post this plan on its website. This plan is designed to outline how these funds will be used.
